For today's lacing style, we give you Zipper from "Laces: 100s of Ways to Pimp your Kicks" by Ian Fieggen.
Start at the last pair of eyelets, the same way you would when lacing up your shoes (follow the gray line). Instead of simply crossing the left end (blue) and the right end (yellow) to the next pair of eyelets, run the lace under the starting point then cross. Do the same when you go for the next pair of eyelets, crossing once again underneath the line you formed previously and continue until you reach the topmost pair and tie it up anyway you want to.
This style provides a snug fit, plus a nice impression.
This style is perfect for any laces, but would look better with round or thin laces.
Difficulty Level: A little challenging.
